(I was burning a 24 gb Blu-Ray disk and had over 45 Gigabytes of free space on my hard drive and still got "failed" messages without any further explanation as to why it failed). They speculated it was a lack of memory problem, but failed to give me any specifications that would tell me how much hard drive free space I was supposed to have. Instead they kept asking for more documentation so they could really pinpoint what was wrong even after I gave them the entire project log containing my entire history of my use of the product over a weeks time. I finally gave up and had to buy another program. After repeated tweaking of memory, and disk type, and output type, I had over 6 different "fails". I also continually got a "failed" message when trying to burn a simplified version of my program. When I told them about the limitations of the menu editing options, they said "we will make note of that on the next release of the product". When I asked for a refund, well within the 30 days, they gave me the runaround in a string of responses. I purchased "Burnova" knowing there was a "30 day money back guarantee" and soon discovered that the program was unable to meet my needs. Now that Encore is no longer being supported, I needed a new way to make professional Blu-Ray disks.
